- DamePon is a technology platform that connects users with independent drivers.
- DamePon is not a public transportation company.
3. User Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app.
- You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
- Using the app for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or harming drivers or other users is prohibited.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through secure methods.
- DamePon may charge additional service fees as indicated in the app.

SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Dame Pon, you agree to these terms. We send transactional notifications, account verifications (OTP), and ride status updates.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us at info@damepon.com.
- Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
