SMS Terms & Disclosures
Dame Pon ("we," "us," or "our") offers SMS programs to provide one-time verification passcodes, account updates, application updates, and transactional alerts. Please review the terms of our SMS messaging program below.
1. Program Description & Consent
We operate the following SMS programs:
- One-Time Passcodes (OTP): Used for secure authentication during login or registration on our platform. Selecting this program will trigger one verification SMS message per login request.
- Ride Updates & Status Notifications: (Optional) Used to notify passengers of ride bookings, status changes, driver arrivals, and completion details.
- Driver Application Updates: (Optional) Used to notify driver applicants of application status, onboarding documentation requirements, and recruitment alerts.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user activity:
- OTP messages are strictly transactional (1 message per request).
- Ride and driver updates frequency depends on active rides or the application status.
3. Carrier Rates & Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile tariff plan, your carrier may charge you for receiving or sending SMS messages. Please contact your mobile provider for details about text messaging rates.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply with the keyword STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or contact support.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
