Terms of Service (Driver)

1. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of experience.
- Must maintain active personal auto insurance at all times.
4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Dame Pon. Drivers are solely responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
5. DEACTIVATION POLICY
Drivers may be deactivated for safety violations, fraud, or repeated complaints.
SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Dame Pon, you agree to these terms. We send transactional notifications, account verifications (OTP), and ride status updates.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us at info@damepon.com.
- Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
